My career spans over 20 years beginning in Perth where I consulted and managed recruitment divisions in various disciplines including Industrial, Office Support, Architecture, Finance and Accounting and Financial Services in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and New York.
For 9 years I ran Industrial and Office Support desks within Drake, where I was the World #1 Temp Consultant for three consecutive years. In 1996 I joined Dunhill Management Services, where I built the Sydney Office Support (Temporary & Permanent) division to be the most profitable division nationally. After the sale of Dunhill to Robert Walters, I moved to New York in 1999.
In New York, I joined Michel Page International and was responsible for setting up the Interim Financial Services business. I grew the business from zero to $9 million within 3 years, and individually was the top billing Consultant in North America for 3 years. I specialized in 4 disciplines middle, back office, finance and accounting within Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Brokerage houses and Asset Management firms. I established a core client base and won preferred supplier agreements to provide volume recruitment for CSFB, JP Morgan, Barclays, HSBC, UBS Warburg, Lehman Bros, National Australia Bank, Standard Chartered bank, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, West LB and many others.
Returning to Sydney in 2005, I joined the Brooklyn Group, as a General Manager where I built the Office Support and Financial Services Permanent and contracting businesses.
In 2007, I set up Eternal Recruitment and Training as a boutique recruitment firm to deliver training and special needs projects to the Recruitment Industry.
