Leading global shipping firm recognised for their quality, products and exceptional customer service requires an organized administrator to take ownership of HR administrative tasks to support the HR Manager and their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Write and post job descriptions and ads.
  • Screen candidates, respond to queries and communicate application outcomes.
  • Set up interviews with potential candidates.
  • Liaise with candidates to ensure contracts are signed in a timely manner.
  • Organize onboarding for new starters.

Ideal candidate:

  • You have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources.
  • You have a proven track record in an administrative role.
  • Strong computer & MS office skills.
  • Highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple HR tasks at once.
  • Professional and articulate manner.
  • Able to work autonomously, take initiative and meet deadlines.
